The Following are the Terms & Conditions needed to be meet for a Refund.

The Next Step IT Academy Service

Next Step IT Academy offers advanced professional training programs ("Programs") designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in various fields. Upon successful completion of a Program, you will receive a certificate of completion ("Certificate"). If you do not successfully complete a course, you may receive a certificate of attendance.

Key Points to Understand:

  • Non-Accredited Programs: Next Step IT Academy is not an accredited institution and does not confer formal degrees. The Certificate you receive is not equivalent to a formal degree.
  • No Academic Credit: Completion of a Program does not provide academic credit recognized by other educational institutions.
  • Employment Disclaimer: While completing a Next Step IT Academy program can significantly improve your skills and knowledge, it does not guarantee employment or career advancement. Our goal is to make you a more well-rounded candidate, but we cannot promise specific job outcomes.
  • Integrity of Work: The work you submit (assignments, quizzes, exams, projects) must be your own. Collaboration is only permitted when explicitly allowed.
  • No Sharing of Work: You are prohibited from sharing your work with others or performing work on behalf of others unless expressly permitted.
  • No Cheating: You must maintain academic honesty and avoid any dishonest practices aimed at improving your results or affecting the results of others.
  • Program Changes: Any changes to your Program after enrollment must be authorized by Next Step IT Academy and may incur additional fees.

Your Responsibilities

To participate in a Program, you must register with Next Step IT Academy. During registration, we will collect personal information from you, which will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You must keep this information up to date.

To access our Services, you must create a user account on our website. During registration, you need to provide valid information and update it as necessary. Next Step IT Academy reserves the right to verify the information you provide and may request supporting documents. If the provided information does not match the information you initially provided, access to your account may be denied.

You will need to choose a username and password. Next Step IT Academy reserves the right to refuse or revoke usernames for various reasons, including impersonation or offensive content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted through your account.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Adhering to all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Avoiding the transmission of abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or objectionable material.
  • Refraining from stalking, harassing, or harming others.
  • Not transmitting unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Avoiding the transmission of harmful software, viruses, or any other destructive files.
  • Not interfering with the security features of the Service.
  • Not impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Not disrupting the Service or its networks.
  • Not altering any content or components of the Service, except your own User Content.

You also agree not to use automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders) to access the Service.

Fees, Payments, Refunds, Suspension, and Breaks

Payment: You are responsible for paying the tuition fees for the Programs you enroll in. Tuition fees must be paid in advance using the available payment methods. All charges are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise agreed upon.

You can choose to pay your tuition fee in full or opt for recurring payments. By selecting recurring payments, you authorize Next Step IT Academy to automatically charge your payment method. The first payment is due upon purchase, the second payment 26 days from the Program start date, and subsequent payments every 30 days.

Regardless of the payment method, schedule, program progress, or service suspension, you are responsible for the full tuition fee. This obligation is non-suspendable and non-waivable.

Tuition fees do not include taxes, fees, duties, or government assessments, except for taxes based on Next Step IT Academyā€™s net income. You are responsible for paying these taxes.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, & Refunds

Cancellation & 100% Refund Policy: You can cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund within 5 calendar days from the latest of:

  • The date you sign your enrollment agreement,
  • The date you make an initial payment,
  • Your first log-in to the course, or
  • The program start date.

Ā Refund Policy if no employment is obtained 1 year after course completion:Ā 

  1. Ā Must be a US Resident
    1. Must Reside in the USA and have a valid non expired US residency card or document.
  2. Must Complete the full course with passing grades.
    1. The course must be completed and there must be a passing grade for the course. this also incudes that any Quiz or test must be passed with a 70% or higher on second attempt at most.
  3. Must be at least 18 years old prior to taking the course,
    1. You must be at least 18 years old prior to taking the course, but this does not mean one cannot take the course but the 1 year job guarantee will not count and therefor the refund will not apply. unless stated by a Next Step IT Academy support.
  4. Must Complete the course in the Accelerated program
    1. the accelerated program means the course must be completed in 2.5 months - 3 months. this should be requested 2-4 weeks after joining.
  5. Must be actively Job Searching and actively applying without filters.
    1. you cannot filter out by specific Location, you cannot only apply to Remote positions. Must submit at least 25 applications per week, so at least 5 applications per workday. As well as following QA Resume and Profile best practices.
  6. For full refund Tuition could have not been paid at a discount greater tan 30% of Full Price, Partial Refund is awarded for anyone that paid tuition at a discount between 30% - 35%. Any tuition discount greater than 35% is not applicable for a Refund unless stated otherwise by a Next Step IT Academy support.
  7. Cheating not allowed
    1. if found cheating course completion is still allowed but any Refund policy is voided,.
  8. Cannot share, download, steal, any of Next Step IT Academy content which includes our content, images, Ideas, curriculum.
    1. content sharing with another person not currently taking or has taken Next Step IT Academy Courses. If caught Legal actions will be taken as well as Fines.
